Employer Branding Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to join our team and help strengthen our positioning and brand. You will design and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy, developing campaigns and initiatives to help attract and retain diverse talent. You’ll also be responsible for tracking our impact through various KPIs and highlighting it for use as a marketing tool.

You have experience developing and implementing an Employer Value Proposition and will channel that into building the Jungle brand within the company and in the talent marketplace.
As our Employer Branding Specialist, you will integrate Jungle’s Commercial team, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Recruitment.

Jungle develops and applies Artificial Intelligence to increase the uptime and performance of renewable energy assets and industrial machinery. Built on existing sensors and data streams, our technology enables owners to squeeze more out of their assets, accelerating the world’s transition to renewable energy sources.

We have productised our services into a web application and are continuously improving our tech to ensure that our best analyses and visualisations help our users get the maximum out of their assets. We operate at large scale - billions of data points per day - providing always-on predictive models, alarms and metrics visualisations for some of the largest and most sophisticated customers in the global renewable energy and heavy industry space. This is not your average dashboard, we’re talking about intelligently visualising handling large quantities of data to drive performant visualisations and functionality.



Day-to-day activities

  • Developing and managing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), promoting it within the team, as well as externally through our digital channels.
  • Defining Jungle’s employer branding strategy and key messages.
  • Developing a strong recruitment marketing strategy based on Jungle’s talent needs.
  • Defining, measuring and monitoring various KPIs to track and highlight Jungle’s impact, making it available for use as an internal engagement tool and an external marketing tool.
  • Creating compelling and creative content for Jungle’s social media, blog, and various recruitment platforms, in close cooperation with Marketing.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives to increase retention and advocacy among employees, as well as running talent attraction campaigns.
  • Continuously measuring the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing campaigns and updating them accordingly.
  • Developing D&I policies and initiatives to recruit and retain diverse talent.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, HR or other relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, talent acquisition or related roles.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies.
  • Fluency in English, and strong copywriting and content creation skills.
